Just a shy guy looking for a family to love. My name is Pup Tart. I am approximately 23 pounds and 17 weeks young. I am doing excellent going potty outside and not in the house or in my kennel. I like walking on the leash and then laying in the grass. I like being where my foster mom and dad are. I love cuddling with them to take naps and when I'm ready for bed. I listen well when I hear the word "no". I would do awesome with a confident dog in the house to show me the ropes.
