Looking for a special home for our pure breed Australian Shepherd Puppy. "Ray" was born with fluid on his brain. He is blind in his left eye. The veterinarian believes he does have sight in the right eye but is not sure what he can truly see. The veterinarian has prescribed him a over the counter medication that he has to take once a day. It is a half a pill of OMEPRAZOLE in the mornings. It runs about $7 a month at King Soopers. Ray is doing amazing. He is kennel trained, working on house breaking. Loves rides in the car and popcorn for a treat. :) He has learned to navigate up stairs but does not know how to get down off of anything. he is very vocal and happy. He does get very hyper when he is excited and also when he has had too much activity and needs a break. It would be best if Ray is placed in a home with no other dogs. The veterinarian THINKS Ray's prognosis is great. But unfortunately we are not 100% certain what his future holds. He is registered AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB/ASDR. If you would like more information about Ray please email me so we can chat. I am looking for a very specific home and will require a home visit before placement just to make sure he goes to the best possibly family. Thank you kindly for your understanding.
