She is thought to be a 7-month-old Redbone Coonhound mix weighing 40lbs. When she first arrived at her foster home, she was a bit timid, but in just a week, she’s made remarkable progress! Angel is excelling in her house training and does wonderfully in her crate overnight. With a cozy fluffy dog bed, she even loves to snuggle up for daytime naps in her crate! This sweet girl is fantastic with dogs of all sizes and adores children, but to our knowledge she has not been around cats. Angel is full of energy and LOVES to run around the yard, exploring all the interesting scents – just a heads up, she might pull a bit on the leash when she catches a whiff of something special! However, she’s eager to please, so she’s learning quickly not to pull. We recommend a home with another dog to help build her confidence and reassure her that she’s safe and loved. A fenced yard would be ideal, allowing her to enjoy plenty of running and sniffing adventures safely. If you’re ready to welcome this playful pup into your family, Angel can’t wait to meet you!
