The supremely sweet 60-pound tan and white beauty, quite simply, adores her foster mom’s attention and affection, resting her head on her, showing her paw for more love and rolling over for the belly rubs that she craves. Easygoing, calm and well mannered, Citlali is also enthusiastically energetic when her foster mom returns from work, walking with her for between 1 and 1-1/2 hours, improving her leash skills with each walk while genially passing other dogs and people along the way. She also likes toys, especially fluffy toys, chewing bones, playing fetch and feasting on treats, accepting them very gently. Respectful of the resident cats’ boundaries, motivated by love, food and toys, she currently knows “come” and “sit,” sleeps in her crate at night and is almost fully house-trained. Eager now to find fur-ever love, Citlali will thrive in an affectionate and active home that will continue her socialization, complete her training, including her commands, and always keep her belly well rubbed. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives! A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you. The adoption fee for this pet is $375.
