She’s a Rhodesian Ridgeback / Shephard mix. She’s a sweet girl who has been with us over a year! She needs a strong leader to show her who is in charge. Brooke has mastered the 'sit' command and walks like a dream, making her an excellent companion for leisurely strolls or more active outings. She does have a history with guarding food and will need the help of a patient human to work on this with her. Due to her size (about 60lbs) we recommend she be in a home with kids over the age of 12. She would prefer a home without cats but does well with dogs with calm energy. Brooke is not a fan of other dogs in her face and likes some space, who can blame her? Brooke is not just a pet, she's a companion ready to bring joy and unconditional love to her forever home.
