Meet Rigby!! Rigby is just over 5 years old and weighs about 40#. He is a Boxer/Pitbull Terrier mix. Rigby is one of the sweetest souls! He came to us as an abandoned stray, in pretty rough shape. Rigby has been nothing but a friendly and loving guy in his time here with us! He can stand to gain some more weight, as he came in to us very visibly underweight. Rigby has put on several pounds while in our care, but can stand to gain a bit more to get him where he should be. We expect that he will do fine with kids as his demeanor is calm and loving. We haven't introduced him to cats or other dogs yet but can upon request. He is neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm negative and on monthly preventive. His adoption fee is $100. He did test positive for Lyme Disease, and has started his month long Doxycycline treatment here with us. Rigby will need kept on monthly Flea/Tick Prevention and should receive a yearly Lyme Vaccine as well. ##2020026##If you have any questions or would like to adopt RIGBY, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
