Meet Riggins! This very handsome dude is brand new to us, so we're still getting to know him as he settles in at his foster home! So far, Riggins is friendly, affectionate, and very playful with the other large dogs in his foster home - he wants to play, play, play! An adoptive home with another active dog would be perfect for him. He is a very smart boy who is eager to please and will be very fun to train! Riggins will be evaluated for Von Willebrand Disease (a blood clotting disorder common in dobermans) by our vet soon, which will help us determine his current and future medical needs, but he is otherwise healthy and in great shape! He weighs 70 pounds and is estimated to be about four years old. If you have any questions or would like to adopt Riggins, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
