Despite a difficult beginning, where he spent long days alone on an apartment balcony with little attention, he has blossomed into a joyful, affectionate dog in our care. Though he was initially apprehensive, he quickly warmed up with the love and patience of our volunteers, and now he eagerly jumps for joy when he sees them. Romeo loves playing, walking, and meeting new people. However, he can be a bit nippy when he’s unsure of an interaction, so he’ll thrive best in a home without children under 10.
