He is emotional and is overcoming his abandonment. He is devoted to his people. He needs a home where people are home a lot, he suffers from a little separation anxiety. Why? He is just 10 months old and returned to a shelter where he was adopted as a puppy because he got too big. Roscoe is a BIG PUPPY and loves to play and get into things. He absolutely loves water!
