Meet RosebudMy name is Rosebud, but I also answer to Rose, Rosie Rue, Ro Ro, or the sound of any food package being crinkled.Word of the Day:Panza. It's a nickname for belly, tummy, pupperware treat storage, stomach, bowl full of jelly or something better than jelly like pizza, tacos or the cheese in Foster Mommy's hand that belongs in my panza.Favorite Dance:The Chicken Dance of course! There is actual chicken nuggets involved in that dance correct????Age/Weight/Breed:I'm 5 months in October and only weigh 14 pounds. I'm a patchwork quilted bedazzled dainty Pitbull mixed with some smaller smooth coat Terrier and pawsibley Kangeroo. I'll likely stay under 35 pounds at this growth rate.Favorite Golden Girl:You would expect me to say Rose, but I'm choosing Sofia because she knows how to cook Italian sausage and besides I don't know what a vertubuttflugen is, probably a bad word.If You Were a Shoe:I'm silly as a goofy borkenstock shoe with socks. Personality:A firecracker that starts off as a saltine. I'm shy and plain at first, but once I get lit, watch out, I'm a fun friend for large and small dogs and kids. Big people too because they know how to open the food cabinuts.Skills:I don't want to blow my own vertubuttflugen, but I'm potty and crate trained like a dang big girl. Best Sound:Grrrrmoannnnnn *the sound a teenager makes when you say they can't use their device during dinner*. I make that sound in the direction of dogs and humans indicating my pawfuse amount of boredom. It's a hint that I want to play or do some words like "sit" for a food.Woe is Me Story:I don't 'member the olden days when I was 6 weeks old, but we were living sad and very starving, like really bone pokey hungry. I had a nasty big ouch on my back. The Rescue Lady said it was a chemical burn, probably from a cheap flea treatment or maybe a bad human, no one knows. I don't 'member, and it's almost gone now except for a small sliver. (See photo)Training Status:I know sit and we are working on other techniques. I listen but sometimes I'm a stub burn and just want the treat for not doing the word. Skip a step! Put the treats in my panza. Likes:Being cuddled like a human baby. Making my Foster Mom laugh by sitting hunched over like a lazy puppy letting my whole panza hang out. Any Other Skills:Again, don't want to beep the vertubuttflugen but I can demuttlish a squeaky toy in seconds flat!Final Thought:My only scar is on my outside, which is actually not as bad as an inside scar, those already went way due to my Foster Family love. GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter. Our puppies are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each pup comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date with age appropriate vaccinations, micro-chipped, heartworm tested if not started on heartworm preventatives early, and are current with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $500 for puppies under a year old, which also includes the cost of transportation to the assigned location. Medical records accompany each dog at the time of delivery and can be emailed to adopter prior to arrival if desired.. Microchips will be automatically registered to the new owner after payment of adoption fee. The registration site we use is Michelson Found Animals which is free to use and update during the lifetime of your pet. Please allow 24-48 hours for the new information to appear on the website.
