Are you looking for a sweet and smart little girl? Then Rylee might be your girl. She is shy at first but loves to be with her people. She loves to be outside, often finding a favorite sunspot to take a nap. Rylee will not be happy as a couch potato since she is only 2 years old and likes to be active, taking several walks a day with her foster mom and dad. She She is sometimes hesitant when meeting other dogs but usually warms up to them once given time to feel safe. She gets along well with her small foster sister so a home with small dogs might be best. We are unsure of Rylee's breeding, but terrier/poodle mix is a possibility. She weighs just 10 pounds, although needs to weigh a little more. When you adopt one of our pets, you will get an animal that has been checked by our veterinarian, spayed or neutered, given basic shots (including Rabies and puppy/kitten shots), a folder with the medical history and various useful information, and a contact with someone to answer any questions you might have as your pet settles into your home. What we will ask of you is a small adoption donation to the League, which is only a very small portion of what you would pay a veterinarian for all those services. We will also ask you to promise that, if for any reason it does not work out, that you will bring the animal back to us.
