Sable was seen by the local community sitting in a parking lot appearing to be waiting for his owners to return for him, sadly no one did so he was brought to the rescue. Initially Sable was scared and uncertain of his new environment but quickley warmed up. He appears to possibly be a young Lab/Terrier mix. He is a big boy weighing 75 lbs and really enjoys going out and playing ball in the big yard. He has been Vet checked and is now current on vaccines. Sable will be neutered prior to adoption. Sable is new to the rescue so for more information or to set up a meet and greet with Sable please contact Tri-County Animal Rescue ( kennel license # 8704 )Adoption processOur dog adoption fee is $125 and we require either a spay/neuter deposit of $50 or a certificate for spay/neuter at our vet may be purchased for $100 (unless already spayed/neutered which would change the adoption fee) if the option of the $50 deposit is chosen, it will be returned after proof of the surgery. Our cat adoption fee is $75 for kittens and $35 for adult cats. The cat adoption fee includes spay or neuter costs. All cats and dogs receive a wellness check and are current on all vaccinations appropriate for their age. The adoption process includes filling out an adoption application and providing references. Any current pets in the household must be spayed or neutered (unless not recommended by a veterinarian for health reasons) and current on vaccinations. If adopting a cat/kitten you must agree to not have it declawed. If living in a rental property, we must obtain permission from the landlord before an adoption can be approved. The dog or cat will be placed with the potential adopter that best matches the needs of the animal.Shelter locationTri-County Animal Rescue Center is located in the former Clarion County Humane Society building at 9562 Route 322 in Shippenville, Pennsylvania.
