This sweet, 12 year old girl was evacuated with her 2 long time companions, during the Park Fire. Her elderly owner was discovered to have dementia and the animals ended up not being reclaimed from the emergency animal shelter. Despite her age and the changes she has been through, she remains a happy, active dog. She is good with all the dogs at her foster home and just loves to sit by her humans. Please consider giving her a chance to live out her life in a loving home. All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt.
