Hello! My name is Stella! You may remember me from a while back. I have unfortunately been in and out of the shelter a few times in the last two years for one reason or another. I have not been able to catch a break or find my true forever home! I really think now that I'm back again, this next home is going to stick! I am really not all that high maintenance. I have a decent amount of energy, but nothing that a little playtime can't fix! I am not much of a walker though - I have what's called a luxating patella which essentially means that my kneecap moves around in it's socket. Sometimes I will start to limp, but for the most part, it doesn't seem to bother me too much. I just may want to be carried around like the little princess I am! I also do have some vision impairment, but that doesn't seem to slow me down either. I do tend to get overwhelmed while walking on a leash, both when seeing dogs and seeing people. I don't always get along with strangers either, so a quiet home that doesn't see much traffic in and out would be perfect for me! I have also lived with another dog in the past, but many dogs I have a hard time getting along with. Maybe another dog that is more on the mellow side would be a good fit? I would also be okay with older kids that can respect my space. Do you think you could give me my happily ever after that I've been waiting for so long to have? I'd love to meet you!
