This is Tig. She comes from an amazing litter of pups who all have a chill but playful temperament. Tig was living in a backyard with her mom, a chill mama pittie and her siblings. She is 12 weeks old, about 18 pounds and is great with other dogs and kids. Tig currently goes to school with her foster mom and is overloaded by children and she just soaks up the pets and cuddles from them. We have not tested her with cats but think she will do fine with them. She is learning how to be around big dogs that she doesn't know, she's pretty shy around them but getting increasingly more comfortable as she continues to meet them. She currently lives in Berkeley with her foster family and their three dogs including a big pittie and adores them. She is very people social and wants to greet every person she sees. Tig is stunning with a beautiful brindle coat and green eyes. This girl is a winner. If you'd like to meet her, she is on the Paw Fund website under adoptions. California Pit bull Rescue is an official 501(c)(3) and requires an adoption application and $200 donation fee for all adoptions.November 6, 2024, 6:41 pmAdoption processOur standard adoption fee is $200 and includes the dog is spay/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. We have an adoption questionnaire, agreement, as well as home delivery requirement for all of our dogs.Shelter locationCPR hosts mobile adoption events almost ever Saturday at alternating Pet Food Express locations throughout the SF Bay Area. The second Saturday of the month is at the Piedmont Ave Pet Food Express in Oakland and the 4th Saturday of the month at the Berkeley store. We will also come to you anytime, just let us know which dogs you would like to meet!
