Toby is about 7 years old, He is a quiet boy who really is struggling in life. He is not great with other dogs or people. He has been left to run loose so he has developed a distrust in humans. He is uninterested in cats. At the shelter he has warmed up to two employees and you can tell he really wants to be someone's buddy. He is super shy but gentle. Toby can be food aggressive with other dogs although he lived with another dog. He is unfortunately heartworm positive also. This boy can't catch a break in life. He is a small dog and only weighs 16 pounds.
