Tootsie may be tiny, but she has a big presence! Tootsie is a 1- to 2-year old Rat Terrier mix. She only weighs 9 lbs. Tootsie has gobs of energy and so excited to go, go, go! She is a social butterfly and gets along with anyone she meets right away. She is also very affectionate and enjoys cuddles. Tootsie is a confident girl and seems to get along with other dogs, including the big ones. She can be cat-tested if requested. She would do just fine in a home with kids. Some instances may require a home inspection. We require a meet and greet with all household members and resident dogs present at the shelter. FOR KITTENS ...Potential adopters will need to complete a Kitten Application and provide proof of vaccinations and spay/neuter for other animals living in the home. Renter must also provide a copy of their rental agreement showing pet allowance. The adoption fee is $130 for a DSH kitten, $160 for a DLH, specialty and purebred kittens. All kittens are flea treated, wormed, leukemia tested, and are up to date on shots as appropriate for their age. Adopter is responsible for remaining vaccines.
