Treat! Approx 1 - 2 years old Terrier mix. He is about 35 lbs and a very sweet guy. Treat came to us after his Sister Belle was adopted. He likes other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog to continue to show him the ropes. You see Treat and his Sister came from a hoarding type situation where they were kenneled on a porch. They didn't learn that humans cared or could be nice to them until now! Treat is learning that quickly and is loving it! We just know he has a funny personality in there and we are just starting to see it! He doesn't seem to mind the resident cat, is crate trained and house broken. Www.mountainrottierescue.netAdoption processOur adoption process begins with filling out an adoption application. We require 2 personal references, a vet reference, a phone interview and a home visit will be conducted before any adoptions are finalized. All our dogs are vaccinated, spayed & neutered, Heartworm tested & on prevention & microchipped.
