This little man is a whole new level of sweet!! He runs on cuddles and hugs. Real hugs...he gives them to YOU! He is happiest when he is on the couch snuggled up to you but likes a walk too. He isn't a typical bouncy energetic JRT in that he could really care less if he goes for a walk or just a quick in and out if that's all there is time for. He is very laid back. He loves his foster doggie brother and sister very much. He will get into the playtime now and then but usually just likes to sit on someones lap and watch the shenanigans. Waldo had been a stray before he was transferred to us so we aren't sure of his history. He will cower if he is verbally scolded such as being told he is a "bad dog" for the 3 accidents he had here before he learned the potty routines. He comes right to you and wants to give you a hug to say he is sorry. It breaks your heart. He will also stand with his front feet gently stretching up on the side of you like a toddler will when they want "up". When you pick him up he wraps his front legs around your neck and hugs you. Complete sweetness. Waldo does not live with a cat here in his foster home, but we have 2 that live next door that he loves to visit with. He will even stop and look over to see if they are out to go say hello before he comes back in the house!Waldo is going to be a wonderful addition to any home that is able to leash walk him or keep him in a very secure fenced yard. He was a stray so he has a proven record for running off.
