Waylon is believed to be a 2-year-old rottweiler husky mix who I can best describe as the life of the party! We don't know much about his life before us as one of our employees found him as a stray. Since he's been with his foster family he's working on a couple things. Waylon loves being outside, more than the average dog if that's possible, but he's still learning to use a leash and stay in his lane. He is a bit reactive to other people and pets, we are working on this as well although I believe its from over excitement. He does however, always go potty outside and will let you know if he really needs to go! He's only had one accident in the fosters home. When I say life of the party, I mean it though! Waylon literally always wants to play or do something! He loves playing fetch, tearing apart stuffed animals or doing puzzles. If he's not busy he might lay down for all of 5 minutes or more likely, he'll try to wrestle you. He can be intense but never means any harm..that being said he definitely needs a strong owner who can handle him or even someone who can help him with his boundaries and boredom. He is not aggressive towards children whatsoever but again lacks in boundaries and has a hard time containing and controlling his energy. Waylon really is very loving and caring, he immediately feels bad whenever he does anything wrong, he is kennel trained and will go to his kennel whenever in trouble or for bed/nap time. He also doesn't bark hardly at all, only when he feels protective or overly excited! While Waylon does have some separation anxiety, he is improving. He is able to be left alone in his crate while gone with no crying. Some of favorites qualities about Waylon are, he's loyal, sassy, curious, smart and overall just brightens everyone's mood.
