Hi, my name is Janice... I am a mixed breed and weigh about 10 pounds. I don't shed much and I bark when people come to the house, but settle down quickly. I am making good progress on my potty training and I do well in a crate. I like to be near people and be included in activities, but I am a calm dog. I do very well with my sister dog because she is small like me. I've never interacted with cats. Because I am so little and the world is full of big things, I am timid around new people and small curious children make me nervous. I like slow introductions to dogs and people. My favorite thing is to lie on my back in my foster mom's lap and get a nice muscle massage. I like people, not toys. I've started learning to walk on a leash, but it is something new for me. Please take me outside every few hours to help me with my potty training during the day. I do fine overnight in my playpen/crate and haven't had any accidents in my crate.. I would do well in any home with calm people willing to have me involved in daily activities. I would be fine in a small house and with other small dogs. I need someone to continue to help me with potty training and basic commands, but I am making good progress so far. Would you like to meet me?
