Meet 5 year old Copper and 7 year old Jade. They are a bonded pair that came to SBR because their family did not think that they were getting the attention they needed. Jade has had 2 litters of puppies with Copper prior to coming to SBR. Her days of having puppies are over now because Jade has recently been spayed. Jade is a very cuddly dog that enjoys plenty of attention and quality time from her foster family. She can be lazy and laidback but is also very food motivated. She will eat just about anything and has gotten in trouble by raiding the pantry or getting into the garbage. Copper is very friendly and cuddly and loves spending time with his humans. He is eager to go on walks and get into cars. He loves exploring new places because each new place carries scents he can explore. He also enjoys chasing lizards in backyards for sport. He can also be protective of Jade. The ideal forever home for Jade and Copper would have a fenced in back yard and no other dogs or cats. Also, a family that would be home with them more than not and they both are good with kids because they came from a family with lots of kids.
