Edith_A98937Edith is an approximate 2-year-old, intact female, gray and white Staffordshire Terrier mix that weighs 60 pounds. She arrived at the shelter as a stray on 09/20/19.Edith is a happy girl that loves attention. She has a medium energy level, walks pretty well on the leash with some occasional pulling when she sees something that interests her and knows the sit command. She`s gentle when taking treats from the hand and appears to be house trained. We highly recommend older, dog-savvy children for her because she can be a bit rough when playing. Edith gets agitated when she sees the cats here at the shelter and should not go into a home that has any. She is neutral toward dogs her size; if you have another dog and are interested in adopting Edith, bring them to the shelter with you and our staff will help you with a meet and greet. Edith`s $85 adoption fee includes a $40 voucher to be used toward her spay, which, by law, MUST be done within 30 days of adoption (this will be thoroughly followed up). The fee also includes her up-to-date vaccines, rabies vaccine, microchip, leash, collar and goody bag!
