Lisa Leigh is a beautiful 11monthold,45 pound Chocolate Lab mix that is looking for and active lifestyle with an on the go family! This was believed to have been dumped in a rural county in Tennessee and a kind-hearted lady took her in to help keep her safe while a new home and family was found. We want the right situation for this very young and active Lab. Chocolate labs are lively in nature and she will need a fenced yard to keep her safe while she worked her energy every day. The foster mom adores this girl but Lisa Leigh is too active around the foster moms 10 year old dog who has a heart condition. It is just not a match for Lisa Leigh to stay. This smart girl is potty trained and an experienced inside house pet. she likes to go outside and go for walks and she is getting better with her leash skills. She still pulls a bit but more work will temper that. The foster momwanted her to be very adoptable and sent her to 2 weeks of basic training to help with the pulling and jumping and training basics. We feel that a family with older kids over 6 years of age would be best. She loves to ride in the car and will lay her head on your shoulder in great contentment to be joining you for an adventure away from home. She truly is an appreciative and sweet young girl. She has a great sense of smell, not sure how she would be living with cats since we have seen her chase them for sport. This affectionate Chocolate Lab girl is ready for a new and final place to call home. Could this be your family!????
