Hi there! My name is Redford. I'm a handsome black and tan mixed Hound boy that loves attention (and kids!). I am 2 years old and weigh about 40 pounds. I like long walks in the woods, lying in front of the fireplace getting my belly rubbed and endless behind the ear scratches. I am a young boy so we could plan on spending many years together. I am crate trained, can sit, and I'm working diligently on potty training. And that's all before my 10 weeks of obedience training I will get, starting Nov 8th! Talk about a head start! With proper introductions, I get along well with other large and small dogs. I hear that I don't do well with cats though. However, I am EXCELLENT with kids. I am a moderately active boy but I have a really quiet demeanor. When I do bark, I have a deep baritone voice, probably comes from the hound in me. I would do best with a fenced-in yard. If you would like to meet me and give me some belly rubs, fill out an application!I'm neutered and UTD on all my vaccines, HW, FT, and have a microchip of my own. RPSM recommends children 6 years and older and NO CATS. I will require a fenced-in yard, either physical or underground.
