Is your lap missing something? Could it be Abigail? Abigail is a 1 year old Chihuahua who is ready to snuggle her way into your home and heart. This petite girl weighs just 7 pounds! Very quickly, Abigail will find 'her' person in the home. She seems to prefer women, but is not aggressive to men, just a little more reserved. A little patience is all Abigail needs to flourish into a wonderfully social dog! A home with another confident canine similar in size would be ideal for her, as she looks to other dogs for social queues. House and crate training are no issue for Abigail, and she enjoys the safety and security of her crate. This little girl hasn't been seen around cats, but we believe she would do well with dog savvy felines. At this time, it would be best for her to have a home with older or no children. Her favorite thing to do (besides snuggling!) is trotting around the yard like a show pony. She would prefer a home with a fenced yard where she can safely explore, but could do well in an apartment if given adequate walks. Abigail has a heart of gold and is just waiting for her forever family to help her shine!All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $150 + $50 refundable training deposit.
