Sugar and spice and everything nice. Fudge Stripe (Fudgey to foster momma) came as a sweet, super timid girl. In a few weeks she blossomed into a feisty puppy who is beginning to warm up to people she trusts. Although she remains shy she is an adventuress! She has no inhibition about "investigating" new places and things about the home. She loves shoes and tags and wrappers, and trash.... she also loves other friendly dogs especially silly young male dogs. She has been quick to learn how to walk on a leash, simple commands such as sit and her name (when called she will come running!) She is very food motivated! Although she is not quite ready for hugs she is beginning to snuggle next to her foster momma and she will give kisses when she is feeling secure. She loves her crate and when on a regular schedule she does not have accidents in the house (she starts to get fussy when she has to go). In a home that is patient and consistent she will be a truly lovable addition. Good with dogs, cats, chickens, crate trained, house trained. Not afraid of the vacuum!!Available for Adoption! Approximate birthday: 11/1Our puppies under 4 months old can go to a home with friendly dogs, cats and kids. We prefer our puppies go to a home with another dog for socialization purposes, however, each case is different and will be evaluated by our Adoption Coordinator. Applicants must be over the age of 25 and a homeowner. Meets between current dogs and prospective puppies would occur in Southern New Jersey. Adopting is an incredibly rewarding, challenging, exciting experience and lifelong commitment.
