LOCATION: McKinney, TexasDOB: 10/28/2020 (Estimate)Hi, my name is Remi, but I will answer to anything as long as it involves attention, love and affection!That’s right, I adore people. I would be happy to cuddle them for most of the day. We would have to take a few breaks for my bursts of energy though. Since I love my humans so much, I can be a little anxious if I know they’re home and I can’t get to them. I do fine when left in the house unattended though, as long as it’s not for a long period of time and not in a crate.Outside of people, toys and food are my favorite things! My least favorite things are probably storms and vets. I prefer to be the only dog but I would be fine with a laid-back doggie buddy who doesn’t get cranky when I want to play. I’m never aggressive. Cats are ok, but I prefer you pay more attention to me than them. I am potty trained and I have never once had an accident at my foster momma’s house. I do enjoy going on walks but I haven’t mastered this skill yet. My foster mom uses a gentle leader with me. She says more training would be necessary if you want to go on proper walks and use a regular leash. In the car, though, I am such a good girl! I am quiet as a mouse and I wouldn’t even think of distracting the driver. I just sit or lay down and watch the world go by.My foster fam has 3 kids and I do fine with them but I do prefer a low-energy household. If things are chaotic, that’s confusing to me and I can feel anxious. I really think I’d do well in a home with few people and pets.
