I am a 4 year old mixed Labrador dog. I have a moderate to high energy level and would love to find someone who likes to go on runs or bike rides or hikes with me; I will also need a fenced backyard. I am what they call fully housebroken - funny sounding isn't it? Because I don't break anything! I don't chew on things, I don't get in the garbage, and I'm even learning how to do my business in the corner of the yard! You can point with your finger to show me to get off the bed or couch and I understand that and obey. I know some tricks too! Sit, lay down, shake, and heel; my heel is kind of funny as I circle behind you and come back between your legs and look up at you. I know, I'm a funny dog. I also love car rides and will race you to the car for a ride to the park, the vet, or anywhere you want to take me - I'm game. Foster dad has a boat, and turns out I love boat rides too! I am good with other dogs if you introduce me to them slowly, and have been great with my german shepherd foster brother. I would be happy in a home with another dog, or I could just be your lone best buddy - we would be so happy together! I have not met a cat before, so I don't know how I'd feel about that. Since I am a little low on confidence, don't be surprised if it takes a few months for me to feel at home with my new people and surroundings, but once I know I can trust you, you'll see how sweet I can be! I'm a dog who is loyal and true, and I will protect you! I have no health problems, I'm up to date on my shots, and I behave myself at the Veterinarian's office. When we are at home, I will find a quiet corner to go nap in, or climb up on your couch to fall into blissful sleep. So what do you say, want to meet me? Ursa' Adoption fee is $400 - obedience training is required after adoption Obedience training is also required for all our pups. Please email us the completion certificate.
