Got free tickets from a vendor. It used to be about the music but now it's about not seeing his wife. Hasn't felt this alive in years. Brought a jacket just in case. __________________________________________ Intake Date: 11 Jan 2023 ---- Adopted 5 Feb 23 ----- Returned to Rescue 1 Oct 23 ----- Age at Intake: 4 yrs guessed ----- Breed: Boxer Boston Terrier Mix ----- Size: 30 lbs ----- Status: Pound expiration, found astray ----- Compatible with: Dogs, children. Will cat test ----- Suitable for: home with a securely fenced yard. ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: Busy boy ----- Additional Notes: Rick is a funny guy. He LOVES toys and can be quite noisy playing. It sounds aggressive but he is just a talker. He likes tug, and fetch, and try to take it if you can. He has an old man face and is just a cute nub butt. He rides well in the car too. He is a gorgeous brindle fella. He was adopted and then returned to rescue because he would occasionally have an accident indoors upstairs. We haven't had any issues with him using his dog door so it may have just been environmental. He LOVES to play, and LOVES to run wild so a fenced yard is a must. He also came back to rescue very overweight so we have started a diet and he seems happier every day. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption is finalized at that time. Adoption fee is $175 and all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are not guaranteed but often a best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents.
