Hello, my name is Zeus. I'm looking for a new start at 10-years-old. You see, my person passed away and coming here was really stressful for me at first. All the strange people, other dogs, and weird sounds and smells. But I've made some new friends now and I'm ready to find my new family. I like playing with tennis balls and going on walks! They think I'd do best in a quiet home with older kids or adults only. it can take me a bit to warm up to new people. I'm just kind of a curmudgeon at first but I can be a very sweet boy once I get to know you - I just need some time. I have lived with cats but I'm not a fan of other dogs so I should be the only dog in the home. Since I'm entering retirement age I just want to be able to relax and enjoy the simple things in life.
