Introducing you to Sunny! Sunny is a 5 month old JRT mix! She is currently in a foster home through our MS team, has received two rounds of vaccinations/dewormer/prevention, and is thriving! Sunny was rescued off of the side of the road by the garbage truck crew. An owner reached out to claim her, but never came to get her. She was terrified at the shelter, but thankfully a foster stepped up to temporarily house her! She’s dog friendly, and loves to play!! We would love for Sunny to be able to hitch a ride on our transport to RR this coming up Saturday, but would need a foster and/or potential adopter to do so! She’s dog/cat/kid friendly, kennel trained and has been doing well on potty training. She’d do well with an active family — she loves to go on walks! ‍ She’s received two rounds of vaccines/dewormer/heartgard/nexgard, and is hw negative.Available dogs are met by appointment only and pre-approved adopters ONLY.Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.The application is the first step. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee.
