Say "hello" to Max!!Max is a very sweet, outgoing, high energy boy making his second attempt at finding his furr-ever home!Max is looking for a family who will be patient with him and understand that he does need quite a bit of training. Max originally came to us as a stray and was adopted out. Unfortunately he was returned, mainly because he just needs more training. He needs someone who will work with him and reward him when he does good. He loves the snacks!! Max has some reactiveness when it comes to human food and being negatively corrected. His new fmaily will need to properly manage him and train him around human food. NO table scrapes from him as that will not help this possessiveness. Max would do best being kept out of the kitchen and dining area at all times!Max may be reactive over toys, treats, and food with other canines, so it's best to use good judgment with other dogs a this time with proper supervision. Max had little interaction with the cats in his last home. It's best to use good judgment with dog savvy cats at this time. Make sure that they have ample space to call their own. All introductions should be slow and well managed!Max is a big, goofy, lovebug just looking for someone to give him a chance to show how amazing he can be!Max enjoys galloping outside and loves a good squeaky ball!
