My name is Rex and I am sure that you stopped to check me out because of my handsomeness and wonderful Beagle breed. I am about 5 years old, 31 pounds and I have been a hunting dog for an older man that doesn’t want his dogs anymore. There are 3 of Us that need a loving home and not an outside kennel. I am shy at first because honestly, I haven’t had much love or kind pats On the head during my life. I have sort of been expected to perform when the man wants to go hunting and that hasn’t been that Often. He has given me till the end of January to find a home through Critter Cavalry Rescue. The rescue got me updated on Shots and heartworm tested and microchipped and dewormed and neutered at their own expense. Now, they are hoping to Find me a home with my pretty pictures. I am good with other dogs and I will warm up to people if they give me a little time. I Just am not used to the attention but I sure could get used to it if someone will try me out! The rescue people are insisting that I have a home with a secured and physical fenced in the backyard. That is pretty reasonable for my Beagle heritage.
