Hooch arrived at SARA after a neighbor convinced Hooch's owner to surrender the dog. Hooch was confined to a small bedroom, never going outside for walks and often going without food or water. Feces and urine covered the floor. Since arriving at the sanctuary, Hooch has been very friendly and happy to be in the outdoors around people and other dogs. His eyes tell a story and we are looking for an adopter to help provide a happy ending to that story.
