Osvaldo came to us as a skinny stray. He's still working on gaining weight, but his glow up has been epic! With his beautiful red coat and stunning amber eyes, this guy is a total hunk. Ozzy as we like to call him for short, spent some time in a foster home, and we got to learn more about him. Ozzy loves spending time outside when the weather is nice. A nature-loving family would definitely be a plus for him. He has also been enjoying the kiddie pool at the shelter. He loves playing fetch, which is a great outlet for his energy. He is crate trained, potty trained, and was non-destructive when left free roaming at his foster home during the night. Ozzy takes a little time to warm up to new people, but does so fairly quickly with some treats and encouragement. Osvaldo is a pretty athletic guy and getting enough physical and mental enrichment will really help him be well-behaved at home. He could use structure and patience from his potential family, but will reward you with his love and loyalty. He may do well in a home with another dog to work out some of his energy with.
