Elfie may look like he’s a cross between a dog and a bat-eared fox, but he is 100 percent dog for sure. This handsome and fun-loving guy is hoping to hear from his forever family soon- maybe it’s you? This mischievous dude went out on a field trip with one of the volunteers at Pasadena Humane and he was quite a star. He met lots of people and greeted everyone with a happy wagging tail. He sits nicely for treats and walked well on the leash, although he could use more practice. Who doesn’t? Elfie is an exceptional snuggler. He loves getting pets and cuddles from his new friends, and he is also up for playing games of fetch and keep-away. The fetch part is easy, but not everyone understands the keep-away part. Did we mention that he’s mischievous? Elfie is a young 5 years old, which means his adoption fee is waived for any adopter over the age of 60 thanks to the Seniors for Seniors program.
