Labrador Retriever Mix Dog for Adoption in Webster, Wisconsin, 54893 USNickname: Polly Posted Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat). Polly is one of 5 siblings that came all the way from the Texas to find a home. She is now just over 1.5 years old. She is just the sweetest, but she has been experiencing some depression since she has been here. She is not the biggest fan of kids, or strangers coming to her home. She needs someone who can help her adjust to her surroundings, and she needs to have someone be the alpha. She thinks she is at times! She needs a sturdy environment, and someone to help ease her into socializing. She is really awesome on a leash - curious and interested in smells but doesn't pull. She gets along great with other dogs, and she will tolerate cats. When you get to see her true self, you can see her smile lines when she is content. She barks and growls at strangers, but once she has gained your trust, she is just the sweetest thing! We believe she will do better in a home with another animal! If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice.
