He’s doing SO well in his foster home and is really a lover of snuggles! He still gets spooked by random loud noises and needs to work up to new people at his own pace, but he’s super brave for a young pup with a rough start, and given a chance, he’s ready to snuggle his way into your heart! Roger the pupster enjoys going for walks and has lovely leash manners too. He’s very food motivated which is helpful for trust and training, and he's still doing great in his crate and hasn’t had any accidents in the house. He loves chewing on bones or going to war on his stuffies and can keep himself entertained, wrestling with his bully sticks and running from bed to bed to chew on them (silly puppy!) . He has the cutest underbite, and did we mention that he really loves to snuggle up with you for pets?! Roger is ready to find a home of his own for the new year! A quiet adult household with a playful companion dog would be the dream, and a private backyard of his own to enjoy. Even without another dog in the house, maybe just some dog friends to hang out with often would be great. We know he looooves other dogs and can also live with savvy felines. Humans who are moderately active and enjoy getting outdoors would be nice too. What’s most important are patient, loving parents who will give him a chance and allow him to learn about life at his own speed. Roger is the perfect size at 33 lbs and just 15 months old.
