Hi, I’m Luna and I am a tall, slender Terrier blend about 3 years old, weigh 18 lbs and I have the most beautiful, soulful eyes. I was a stray dog in San Antonio, picked up by dog cops and dropped off at dog jail. I was very unhappy being an inmate because I wasn't sure how or why this happened. Where was my family and why weren't they coming to get me? I am a good girl and dog jail is noisy, smelly, and scary. Thankfully, 4 Little Paws Rescue picked me up and I have been a happy and grateful girl ever since! I am staying at a very nice doggy care facility along with some other rescue dogs and we each get our own kennel space, dog bed, lots of attention, and playtime 4 times a day. This has turned out to be much better than the life I had before when nobody cared about me. It turns out I am lovely. Friendly and nice to everyone. I get along with other dogs and enjoy playtime. I quickly made friends with all the staff, men and women and everyone thinks I am pretty special. I appear to be housebroken since I never potty in my kennel and always wait until I am outdoors. I am learning about leash walking and would love to practice with you at my side on walks through our neighborhood or through the park. I dream of curling up beside you while we catch the latest movies on tv or quietly read your favorite novel. Most of all I dream of having a forever home filled with people who love me and would be lost without me. That’s exactly how I will feel about you, so let's get this party started! I will be moving to Connecticut this week to find you. When the transport van pulls up and the doors open, I will be the prettiest girl on board!* We receive an overwhelming amount of applications.
