Age: 2 years Size: 70 lbs Estimated breed: Retriever/Shar Pei mix Sinclair was found as a stray with mama Steffie in rural South Carolina. He was wearing a harness, so it's clear he belonged to someone at some point. Unfortunately, no one ever came looking for him, so the shelter became his new home. When volunteers realized his friend Steffie was pregnant, we got her into a foster ASAP so she could have her puppies in a safe environment. We promised we would come back for her buddy Sinclair, and once a foster stepped up, he was able to join us in rescue too! Sinclair is around 2 years old and weighs 70 lbs. He is a big baby who shelter volunteers dubbed a "stage 5 clinger" due to the way he would hug onto their legs anytime they got him out of the kennel. He adores people and wants nothing more than to cuddle with them any chance he gets! He was used as the shelter's dog tester, which means he was the first dog introduced to new intakes in order to assess their dog friendliness. He met countless dogs and was friendly and social with them all! He is working on his crate and house training in his foster home and is eager to learn even more skills in his forever home.
