Meet Ace, a spirited 3.5-year-old Pitt mix weighing in at 65 pounds. This lively boy is on the lookout for an active and engaged family to share his zest for life! Ace's journey began as a stray, where he likely endured the hardships of being chained outside for an extended period, evident by the embedded collar discovered upon rescue. Unfortunately, due to space constraints at the shelter, Ace faced the grim prospect of euthanasia. Despite the challenges Ace has faced, he remains a sweet-natured boy. Don't let his age fool you – Ace is brimming with energy and is eager to find a home where he can indulge in playtime. A spacious yard is a must for this energetic fellow. Ace is a fan of both children and other dogs, but his exuberance may be a bit much for smaller companions. Therefore, we recommend a home with older, dog-savvy children and without smaller dogs. Ace displays playful mouthiness and a tendency to jump up on people when greeting them. He comes with a training package, courtesy of a generous donor. His intelligence and quick learning abilities are ready to shine, but to truly thrive, Ace needs the loving support of a foster or adoptive home.
