Susie is a 1 year old 16lb we believe she is a dachshund mix. Susie is still very puppy like and friendly. This adorable girl is housetrained, crate trained and seems to love everyone. She is energetic, but respectful of other dogs and somewhat submissive in her play. This perky very sweet girl would enjoy a fenced yard, but would be fine with long walks to dispel her energy and satisfy her curiosity . Susie’s foster writes, “She is really sweet, loves her person and is quick to learn a routine . A dog playmate at home would be nice or kids to play with as long as they won’t open a gate or a front door. She does jump up, but responds to Off!” Like all young dogs, Susie is looking for a lifetime commitment, so please consider your situation before applying.
