Skymir came into a Texas shelter with a badly injured ear. We aren't sure how it happened, but it's all healed up now. He is a 11 month old, 40 lb lab mix pup, maybe a little hound in there? He loves to wiggle his butt and play with his foster siblings, but his favorite pastime is chewing on a good hard bone. He is very food motivated, so it's easy to get him focused for training. Until he learns to stop jumping, older kids are probably best. Skymir is a little shy when you first meet him, but comes around pretty quickly. He likes to cuddle up on cold days in his crate and lay in the sun on warmer days. Because he is a puppy, he would do best in a home with another dog or an active family. We are not sure how he is with cats. He is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. A physical fenced yard is required with his adoption. His adoption fee is $350.00.
