Calling all Lord of the Rings fans and pittie fans alike! My name Is Meriadoc but my friends call me Meri. I'm an 11 month old, 50 pound staffy mix. I'm currently fostering with my trainer momma who's helping me navigate being a dog in Middle Earth. She thinks I'm quite the silly boy. I've had a lot of changes in my life for the last three months, so I need someone to be very patient with me. I'm equal parts cute and rambunctious, remember, I'm still a puppy! I've been working really hard on my manners and impulse control. I absolutely love to run and would be in heaven if you had a big back yard for all my zoomies. My favorite toys are plushy toys, especially when attached to a flirt pole. Once I settle down, I'm the best cuddler and will watch all your favorite shows and movies with you. I am very treat motivated and am learning sit, down, touch, shake, watch, roll over and all kinds of other behaviors. I am also crate trained and potty trained! Since I have a lot of energy and I'm still working on a lot of my puppy manners, I don't think I would do well with small children. I am dog friendly, but I'd likely do best with an energetic player I could run circles in the backyard with. I've been around cats before and have done well! I know no strangers whatsoever. I will be everyone's friend and give them kisses. If you think you're ready to have a LoTR marathon and have some good laughs, then come meet me!
