Sonnet aka Nettie (Nettie Spaghetti) is a sweet, energetic, smart, and charismatic blue heeler mix. She loves people and gets comfortable with them quickly, is the perfect walking buddy, and is super receptive to learning new commands. She is about 40lbs, fully potty trained and crate trained, sometimes she hangs out in her crate during the day as well! Nettie is extremely intelligent and picks up on training super quickly and would do well with someone who is willing to continue working with her and is very active, she loves to walk, run, and hike. She would do best with someone who works from home as she can get bored quickly. She does fine out of her crate while her foster is gone, but after she get the appropriate exercise. She is also a pro at using the doggie door! Nettie likes to play with her toys in the yard, and would not do well in an apartment. She is still getting comfortable with other dogs and has been working with a trainer. She loves to play with other dogs but can get quite energetic and is still learning that not all dogs want to play. She is not aggressive with dogs, just very excited! She has made incredible progress over the past few months. She has had play dates with calmer dogs and has done really well, but is still unsure about meeting new dogs on leash. It would be wonderful for her to be with someone who can keep that momentum going! She has a ton of love to give and would be the perfect forever family!##1711495##
