Meet Kirby!Kirby is a young, 1.5 year old Plott Hound mix. He is quite intelligent, and eager to please. He is quite capable of learning new skills as he is highly food motivated. He has no food aggression. Kirby is a medium energy dog and does well burning off some energy with a daily walk. He has nice leash manners, and is currently working on refining his skills.Kirby LOVES playing with other dogs. He has several foster siblings, big and small, old and young, and gets along with everyone. He will play bow and bark to get his friends to play with him!Kirby is currently in a home with several children, ranging in age from 5-15. Because of his eager and energetic nature, he would do best in a home with children over the age of five. He adores children and very much wants to interact with them, but is still learning some appropriate manners.Kirby has come a long way from his very humble beginnings of living in the oppressive heat at a gas station. He is completely house and kennel trained. He is intelligent and eager to please. Kirby is a very good boy and would very much like to find his forever family!
