Buka is a bundle of joy rescued all the way from the streets of Pristina, Kosovo, by a sweet young girl who was doing her internship there and found him on the street. She knew if she left him, his fate was grime and would most likely die or suffer like so many other dogs there. Despite his rough start in life, Buka has quickly adapted to love and care. He’s 5+ months old and is up to date on all his vaccines, and has his own pet passport from his travels. While he’s not yet neutered, he will be when the vets give us the ok! He’s currently 17 lbs and the vet guesstimates he will max out at 35-45lbs. From his first day in the states, Jan 30, to his recent adventures with a trainer, Buka has been making strides. He’s learning to walk on a leash like a pro and mastering the art of outdoor bathroom breaks, rain or shine! Buka’s current caregivers wish they could provide him with a forever home, but with three cats already in the family, they believe Buka deserves a place where he can truly thrive.
