My days are filled with playful energy, as I love to run, jump, and explore. I've got a smart head on my shoulders too, always eager to learn new tricks and commands. Friendliness is my middle name; I just love meeting new people and other dogs. But I've got a lot of energy, so I'm looking for a family who can keep up with me. My high energy makes me perfect for long walks, hikes, and playtime at the park. I promise to fill your life with joy, laughter, and lots of love. Polk County Humane Society is located in Bolivar, Missouri, but also makes transports to the Denver, CO, Des Moines, IA and Minneapolis, MN areas at least monthly. For potential adopters in those areas, we can do a virtual visit using FaceTime or another app. Just request an appointment using the same link, but note that you want the visit to be virtual and we will call you at the time of the visit once it is confirmed. For long distance transports, there is an additional $100 fee to cover the cost of the transport ($65) and a health certificate from a veterinarian ($35). Going that last mile home for our sweet pets! All of our pets are neutered or spayed, have vaccinations appropriate for their age, treated with flea/tick/heartworm prevention, dewormed and dogs are also microchipped.
