Meet Kendrick! Kendrick came to us as an owner surrender when the owner was moving and could no longer care for him. We believe Kendrick was born in May of 2022 and would do well with all ages, and perhaps other dogs with proper introduction. Kendrick would do best in a home without cats. He is a VERY happy-go-lucky and goofy guy that absolutely lives for attention! Kendrick is a little hit or miss with potty in his kennel here at the shelter, so he may need a refresher course when he is learning a new home and routine. Kendrick can't wait to find his forever family! All pets adopted from the Humane Society of Freeborn County will be spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, testing and will be microchipped. All of this is included in their adoption fee. Fill out an application to adopt at freeborncountyhs.org When transitioning your new pet home please allow for at least 4-6 weeks for your pet to adjust to their new home. They will need this time to decompress, and adjust to a new routine and environment. During that time we will provide check ins and counseling to ensure a successful transition. Please review all basic adoption requirements listed on our website before applying. We take finding the right homes for the animals in our care very seriously. They deserve nothing but the best! Please allow 2-7 days for applications to be processed. If an animal is listed in foster care, these pets are not at our facility, but are in foster care homes. They are still available for adoption, and meet and greets are done with pre-approved applicants only.
